REMS-COmanage bridge service

Thanks REMS team for the work you put into this product! We have several groups here in Australia that use REMS to manage access to research datasets, and more that are keen to do so. Also used in the Australian research data infrastructure landscape is the COmanage identity registry, which is used by communities to manage group membership and other identity lifecycle concerns. In that context, I've put together a lightweight service that consumes approve/revoke events from the REMS entitlement target endpoints and uses them to update a COmanage registry. It may be of interest to others that use REMS and COmanage (or similar service).

We haven't come across COmanage registry before, but it’s always nice to hear about different ways REMS is being used.
