Request for new release

Hi REMS team;
This is a request for a new release. It's been 12 months since 2.38.1 and there have been several issues (#3380, #3408) fixed in that time that we'd love to have deployed from an automated release-based workflow rather than building from scratch. Thanks for your continued support of this project.

Hi Conrad,
Apologies for the long wait. We're planning to do a release this week. There is also now an open issue about it (#3416). We will let you know once when we have done the release.
We aim to do more frequent updates again in the future.
