Addressing a Problem?
can't have (e.g.) a 2-layer soil profile in a model which specifies :SoilModel SOIL_MULTILAYER 3. Can only have 0, 3, or 3n layers where n is an integer. It would be nice to be able to have a disabled layer option to support spatially varying model structure. Right now you have to have a dummy layer included.
