Support :any(), :-webkit-any(), :-moz-any()

Am I the first to ask about supporting these :any() pseudos implemented in Chrome/FF many years ago? Can't find an existing issue.

I've added a presumably dumb and ugly implementation in Stylus: openstyles/stylus@3287b79
It'd be nice if this is supported out of the box.
