Add “(CPH) College of Public Health” to trip plan geocoder

Summary:

A request from USF College of Public Health:

As I was checking for some map info I noticed that the College of Public Health/CPH is not included in the dropdown choice list for the Trip planner https://maps.usf.edu/#trip or on the MyUSF app Trip planner. Can this be updated please?

This would be listed as “(CPH) College of Public Health”.

I confirmed with them that this location is correct:

I did notice that it's shown on the map tiles correctly, and I'm guessing it previously showed up when using the Pelias Geocoder, but now that Mapzen is shut down those geocoding results don't show up - see #362.

We can just list it in our hard-coded buildings list.

Steps to reproduce:

Search for "CPH" or "public health" in trip plan start/end boxes

Expected behavior:

Give me the option for "(CPH) College of Public Health"

Observed behavior:

"(CPH) College of Public Health" isn't listed

Here’s a link to our geocoder, which includes all campus build names and abbreviations in the app, and where we would need to add CPH text:
