KSP-AVC interaction / integration with CKAN

Since CKAN is nearing its official release, it'd be awesome to add a way for KSP AVC to launch CKAN to perform the updates. It'd be an awesome way to automate the process of updating mods for KSP.

Looks like a good plan if it's possible to implement... As far as I am aware, the ability to spawn new processes is completely locked down for plugins running within KSP. This could prove to be a bit of a hurdle to get around. I'll have a look into this as time allows.
