cachyos-handheld: Depends on qt6-tools

cachyos-handheld currently depends on qt5-tools, it should be updated to depend on qt6-tools instead.

However, there is a risk of breaking the old steamos-gamemode.desktop file if qt5-tools is marked as orphan and removed later.
