[Feature Request] Add nvibrant package in cachyos hello for nvidia users in a gui form.

As in x11 the NVIDIA-settings had a set of features to modify the display settings, which is absent on wayland. For bare minimum add the nvibrant settings which really makes a difference. 'I payed for my pixels to glow' so it should so in wayland. The package itself is available in AUR.
