cachy hello cannot see the other disk but gparted can

I have two SSDs. SSD A has been installed with an immutable distribution and coexists with Windows. I want to replace the immutable distribution with cachyos, but the installation fails. So I want to install cachyos on the empty SSD B, but cachyos hello cannot see SSD B, while gparted can.
