DNS selection improvements

The rest of the application is beautifully simple and does exactly only what the user needs to get basic things rolling on a new system.

When I wanted to enter my NextDNS IP or DNS-over-TLS url while setting up, I found that there was no custom field to enter our choice. Can anyone please consider adding a simple blank field to let people enter custom options that aren't present in the preset list? Thank you for considering 😅
