Update `cachyos-settings` from 1.2.11 to 1.3.0

I checked the CachyOS settings repository and it has been updated to version 1.3.0, but Copr is still using version 1.2.11. I hope the update will be done soon, or if I am allowed to help maintain the CachyOS Copr repository, I am ready to do so.
