Add Indicator of Current Debug Location #545

From a conversation with Ferdinand:
"indicate the current debug position more prominently e.g. with an arrow in the gutter."
The editor currently puts the cursor on the line that is being debugged, but there is no other indication of where the debugger is, and if you move the cursor to another line by clicking, you have lost where the debugger is looking.
