Unable to navigate back from Globe / Countries page.

Describe the bug
User is unable to navigate back from the Countries/ Globe page once the user click on the "Scroll Down" button.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Get Started'
2. Click on 'Get Started ->' from the home page
3. Scroll down to 'Globe' or Click on 'Scroll Down'
4. The user is not able to scroll up or down on the page using the scroll, and the user no long able to see header nav links.

Expected behavior
The user but be able to navigate back and forth from the country selection page.
