How to complete Build settings when publishing a Hugo theme Stack on Netlify? #1024

Hi, I haven't managed to complete succesfully the Build Settings with Stack Hugo Themes in Netlify.
This is the Codespace:

I would really appreciate it if anyone could give me any hints because I'm not sure what to do with this file:
