Categories and inventory: Alphabetize, search, and filter

• When the getCategories and getInventoryByCategory calls come back, we should render the results alphabetically.
• A user should be able to click a search button (on both category and inventory) and search for an item.
• A use should be able to click a filter button to filter for items (filter only items in stock, filter vegetarian, etc)

These are long term goals, eventually, we can break these out into individual tickets.
