Wargames Mini-challenges

I'm thinking something along the lines of another tab on the site which has a list of names of who has completed the current challenge, along with a wargames/jeopardy/trivia-esque non-subjective challenge (unlimited attempts, achievable by most with a bit of google-ing) to let people practice, get some (auto-generated) recognition, and have fun.

Potential issues: dealing with people solving the challenge multiple times to post their name more / spam (maybe have them prove the answer to an officer to get on the list?)

@nickfrostatx work with Kent if any of the challenges need to be backed by the server, but this issue is focused on creating a site endpoint to support this feature, so I unassigned you. Thanks all!
