Feature request: skip the click to resume step after completing a ghost in full screen

Whenever a ghost is completed normally you can just press R to restart and try again, which is pretty useful when ghosting short tracks.
But when you're doing it in full screen, it always gives you the message "CLICK TO RESUME", it's annoying and serves no purpose.
