Add Rubin cutouts to TDE_light_curve.md

Right now the notebook only does single band Roman light curves and cutouts. We could consider expanding this to multiple bands so we can include Rubin data.

I think this is not absolutely necessary because it should be relatively obvious to the user how to make this happen by changing some variables. I wonder if it will make the notebook too long.

We do touch the combined Rubin/Roman catalog in this notebook, so at least both archives are represented, if that is a concern.
