DOC: certain notebooks are ignored for excution for testing and/or rendering

These are well documented in the config files, but opening this issue to mark a current status (inevitably this issue will go out of sync at some point).

The actual files controlling the skips are located in the https://github.com/Caltech-IPAC/irsa-tutorials/tree/main/ignore_tutorials directory.

Excluded from all kind of testing and execution on rendering:

• tutorials/parquet-catalog-demos/neowise-source-table-lightcurves
• tutorials/parquet-catalog-demos/neowise-source-table-strategies

Excluded from all execution on rendering (both on CircleCI and GHA):

• tutorials/parallelize/Parallelize_Convolution

Excluded from execution on CircleCI rendering (== Preview on PRs) but are executed for actual website deployment on GHA:

• tutorials/roman_simulations/roman_hlss_number_density
• tutorials/cosmodc2/cosmoDC2_TAP_access
• tutorials/openuniversesims/openuniverse2024_roman_simulated_timedomainsurvey
• tutorials/openuniversesims/openuniverse2024_roman_simulated_wideareasurvey
• tutorials/parquet-catalog-demos/wise-allwise-catalog-demo
• tutorials/cloud_access/euclid-cloud-access
• tutorials/cloud_access/cloud-access-intro

Excluded for non-linux testing:

• tutorials/parallelize/Parallelize_Convolution

At the time of writing cron job runs for the GHA test jobs, but not for any of the rendering jobs ==> only the 2 notebooks at the top are ignored.

Sorry, these are excluded from execution on rendering. The notebook is still turned to html as-is.

nope, as the pytest-based testing is still running on it.

We have 5 main types of testing schenarios:
pytest: linux, osx, windows
html rendering with execution: circleCI for PR reviews; and GHA for deployment

Also we have oldest-dependencies and dev version of dependencies, I haven't included those.

We could have a category for retired/temporarily removed notebooks; but right now we don't have anything in that category. I would say I could consider the parallelize convolution into that category for many reasons, but right now it's still included.

What does this mean? I thought it meant that they wouldn't show up in the "Rendering Preview" of PRs but I'm seeing all of these, here for example https://circle.scientific-python.dev/output/job/40b6490a-ca06-4e1d-818e-56a57a3fa6bc/artifacts/0/_build/html/index.html.
