Table outputs are not getting rendered since the switch to JB2

I don’t see table/dataframe outputs in the new JB2 deployment of tutorials. For e.g., in https://caltech-ipac.github.io/irsa-tutorials/euclid-intro-mer-images/, I see cell outputs for print statements but no dataframe or astropy table:

This is critical because the narrative doesn’t make sense for most of the tutorials if there’s no table outputs.

Looking into the page source, I see the data in there, and when locally running myst start --execute it is all shown up as expected.

Any idea what goes wrong here @choldgraf or @agoose77?

cc @stefanv - I expect this to be an upstream issue, too -- maybe template, maybe mystmd itself, I couldn't pinpoint it just yet so haven't propagated it upstream.

There are hydration errors on the page, which is not ideal. Let me try and take a look once the jupyterlab-myst release is done this week.
