Memory usage and runtime for each notebook #159
Description
We're having trouble with memory and runtime on GHA and CircleCI hitting the limits. I ran each notebook and captured some info to help diagnose. Summary table does not include neowise-source-table-lightcurves.md or neowise-source-table-strategies.md (but figures are present), both of which require too much RAM to run on the Fornax large server and are already excluded from being executed on both GHA and CircleCI. For reference, this was done using commit b6e3763.
