Issue with Aalen-Johansen in lifelines

Dear Cameron,

I am having trouble with the AJ fitter.
It works fine when there are no competing events, but it is giving me crazy stuff once I introduce competing events.

A bit more information....there are a lot of NaNs in the cumulative_density
