Extend `equation_of_line` to arbitrary dimensions

Currently, `equation_of_line` accepts two 2D points as arguments and determines the equation of the straight line passing through those points.

It would be great to extend this functionality to accept two $nD$ points, for any $n\in\mathbb{N}$.
