feat: add Capgo developer tools

Add 4 new Capgo tools to the Tools section:

- Capgo Skills: Interactive skill testing

- Security Scanner: Vulnerability detection

- Semver Tester: Plugin version compatibility

- AASA Tester: iOS Universal Links validation
