bug: webviewDialog is not resolving with the webviewId on android

Current Behavior

When calling openWebView we receive undefined since the WebviewDialog doesn't resolve with the webviewId. The caller receives undefined.

I started working on this and opened a fix PR: #474

The patch makes sure Android resolves openWebView() with { id } in the dialog resolution path, so callers no longer receive undefined.
