Is there a way for the shortcut to ask for the crop area by default?

Today, by configuring a shortcut to start recording, it will by default record the entire screen of the last selected display (as far as I could understand).

Is there a way to configure the shortcut to instead always start Crop Mode, so I can select the area to be recorded?
