Split action cuts wrongly if the speed of any previous segment was modified

Description

When using the split feature (scissors), if any previous segment has the speed modified, the cut is applied to the wrong time point.

Reproduction

• Modify the speed of segment A (make it faster)
• enable split function
• click on segment B to do a cut (split)
• the split is applied to a time-point previous to the one clicked
