In the Environment Map section of the Material part there is a few options that have either been removed from Source 2013 or have stopped functioning, there is also a few options which do function in Source 2013 which are missing from the Material part.
Options that no longer work and should be removed:
"$envmapsphere"
"$envmapmode"
"$envmapcameraspace"
Options that do work that and should be added:
"$envmapfresnel"
"$envmapfresnelminmaxexp" (This one works however using it along side "$bumpmap" seems to break it)
"$envmaplightscale" (This one only works for the LightmappedGeneric shader)
Here's an example of "$envmapfresnel" in action. (I'm using it to achieve a rimlit appearance that isn't affected by map lighting)
Using the Load VMT feature causes this to break which means it can't be edited on the fly.
