Animation settings for holdtype

• Animation settings for holdtype, such as animation speed
• New custom animation type for 8-way movement animations
• New option for Animation part to specify what "layer" the animation should play on
• Allow holdtype to play custom animations
• Maybe add custom curves option for custom animations?
