How to reproduce the issue
Download WWE Client (link https://wweclient.com/AdDownload.php?MinecraftVersion=1.13.2%20client) and go on it make sure the packetfly modes on normal and make the speed slider anything but 1 is the fastest

nope everything default and the only plugins i got
