It will be useful to add a section to the documentation providing guidance to users on how to annotate models they intend to upload for use with Ap-Nimbus. The pre-defined models in Ap-Nimbus are already annotated correctly and will run without any problems. However, newly uploaded CellML models will fail to run if they have not been properly annotated.
A link to this guidance should be provided on the "Upload" page for convenience.
