Carnet app does not see the installed Nextcloud app

• lattest Carnet app from fdroid v0.25.1;
• lattest Nextcloud app from GP v3.30.8 (app from Fdroid have same result);
• lattest Nextcloud Hub 9 v30.0.5 (with any others version of Nextcloud server same result).
• Android 11 (10 and 12 same result)

Before opening the Carnet app, I logged into the Nextcloud app and signed up for it. To check for correctness, I install DAVx5 and log in through the Nextcloud application menu.
On fresh Carnet installation at cloud sync, I select: through the Nextcloud application. And Carnet does not see the installed Nextcloud, always suggests installing it (link to GP)

I can confirm that this also happens on my Notebook. It is also kind of a disappointment to see the repository in this state with no release being done in two years while the F-Droid repo says "this app is in constant development".
