Write Tide Data Script

Use CARTOFrames / CARTO Python SDK to:

• Extract real-time tide data for Boston area from API
• Write the data to CARTO dataset
• Store old observations?
• Join current data to geometry

Run jupyter notebook from venv:

• $ cd /Users/smongon/Documents/code-projects/python/py37_jupyter
• $ source env/bin/activate
• $ jupyter notebook
• select New > env
