Compile against 1.3.5a

Trying to compile this against 1.3.5a returns the following error besides a lot of warnings:

mod_rsync.c:374:5: error: too few arguments to function ‘sftp_channel_register_exec_handler’
 &rsync_write_data) < 0) {

I'm very interested in trying this module, however it seems it is not maintained anymore?

This build issue should now be fixed in master. (You would then probably encounter a build error with not finding the "popt.h" header for the libpopt dependency.)

However, the module itself is not yet complete; I've not had time to focus on completing this module yet.
