Allow opening card from lock screen widget without device unlock

Hi!
I was beginning to set up my lockscreen widgets (recent addition to android), and it seems Catima has one to provide although it's currently quite limited since currently:

• it only provides a complete list of all available items => it would be cool to be able to shortlist ones to show in the widget (my usual shopping loyalty cards for instance)

• clicking on one item to reveal scannable data (barcode/qrcode) actually requires unlocking, which defies the point of a lockscreen widget.

Can anything be done to enhance the app on these 2 aspects please?

Can you add more info on how you are even getting Catima widgets on your lock screen? As far as I know Android hasn't had lock screen widget support since Android 5. Is this a custom/OEM ROM thing?

Might even be super easy:

If a widget launches an activity from the lock screen, users must authenticate to launch the activity, or the activity should declare android:showWhenLocked="true" in its manifest entry.

However, not everyone might want the cards accessible without unlocking. We should see if this can be done safely and limited to the selected card and maybe make it configurable.

I have an Android 16 emulator running here in Android Studio, but I can't find the setting (also searched the web a bit).

@rmsa5 can you tell me step-by-step how to configure the lock screen widgets, so I can test this? :)
