Data for Behaghel et al. case study

The Behaghel et al. dataset can be downloaded from: https://www.aeaweb.org/articles?id=10.1257/app.6.4.142. We generate the subset used by adding outsheet using data.csv, comma at line 269 of the Stata dofile (DoFilePrivatePublic.do). Data preparation in behaghel-dataset-cleaning.ipynb.
