Refine the Container Pipeline Service API

While we have basic functional api coming in throughhttps://github.com//pull/372 the api will require further refinement.

• Add few path params, like /projects/:name or /builds/:build_id
• Write proper documentation for the API.

You should be able to search for builds using /builds/:name for example: /builds/cdrage-httpd or something similar, in order to access the "cdrage/httpd" container.

Having to go through /builds/ to find out your ID would be difficult..

That's just my opinion, we should follow conventions similar to DO's API: https://developers.digitalocean.com/documentation/v2/#list-backups-for-a-droplet

Being able to find a particular build for an image would be much easier and this should be applied everywhere 👍
