Cleanup old conversation history

Opencode stores conversation history in ~/.local/share/opencode/storage/ each session is a directory and each message from that session is a separate .json file. We will want to have a cleanup script that deletes sessions that are older then 30 days (probably configurable) so that this doesn't take a significant amount of inodes over time.
