Determine how user should configure options for chat interface.

Need to discuss how we want a user to able to configure the chat CLI whether this is through command line arguments passed on each call, a config file in a home directory or some mix of both.
Some example of configurations:

• API Key
• Model selection
• Displaying hyperlink text or not

Adding notes from today's meeting:

• Have a system wide config file that sets what chatbot the client is interacting with
• Have a second config file in user home directory in hidden file (.chatprefs or something) that provides option to configure model (Qwen vs deepseek) and any other parameters we want the user to be able to control.

Add a way for the user to select which model they want to use as a dropdown in the CLI.

Added a model selection command that comes up with an ink-select-input for selecting the model.
