Add options to multiple choice questions

Kunnen we categorieën toevoegen of aanpassen, bv voor landen (setting), beroepen, financiële status?

Thoughts:

I'm not entirely use if the intention is that the options should be added by users, or just if we can add some extra options. The latter is no problem.

The former is technically possible, but it would require some reconfiguration of the database. If I recall correctly, the list of countries is hard-coded in the frontend, and this options for profession and financial status are hard-coded in the backend. There is also a question whether allowing respondents to add new options would clutter the results. It can also invalidate earlier answers that were based on a smaller list of options.
