Bounding box does not resize when labelling a zoomed in image

Describe the bug
Someone from vehicle plate data labelling team found a bug when trying to annotate image while image is zoomed in. From the screenshot below the image become blur and bounding box is small(green highlight on top right corner)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Zoom in image
2. Perform labelling

Expected behavior
Image automatically back to normal having the right bounding box size.

this issue will not be a problem once we move to standalone app...

keeping this open for now.
