`Experiment` docstring doesn't match usage of child classes

Pointed out by @lukas-cervest on [PR#55](https://github.com/Cervest/ds-virtual-remote-sensing-toy/pull/55).

Docstring must be rewritten to clarify implementation of child classes following pytorch lightning logic
