[HLAG] Undertow lift issue

**❗ Describe the bug**
When starting a match, players can get stuck in the undertow big lift, up to being hit every frame.

**Expected behavior**
Nothing should happen.

**🗨 Additional context**
This is absolutely NOT exclusive to BaseQ, almost every AG server has this problem.
