Licensing is not permissive

Hello,

in the recent Chebifier paper doi:10.1039/D3DD00238A you mention that this project is "licensed permissively". I think there is a clear misunderstanding of a permissive software license here: This repo is licensed under GPLv3 and I even see AGPLv3 in the (transitive) dependencies of this project such as python-chebai and chemlog-extra and in the web application.

I kindly ask you to reconsider the licensing concept of Chebifier and its dependencies.

thanks for pointing this out. You are right that this is inconsistent. We are currently rethinking how we handle licensing in our repositories with the goal to have the same license across all our projects.

It would be great to get your feedback on this - which type of license do you recommend / would suit your needs the best?
