using url unsafe characters in channel names causes problems #152
Description
We had some channels created with 'pv_name accidentally which show up in the search results. But when trying to find the channel it will only show pv_name if it exists. (In this case they all do as the channels were renamed to the correct names on the IOC)
If you search for *pv_name both channels will show.
I don't know if there should be a warning in EPICS Base for this.... url unsafe chars will keep being a problem.
