Opening .md files not opening via Obsidian

I have Obsidian installed and running on my Windows 11 machine, and I've also configured as shown on the Github readme. But I get the following error message

Have you created C:\Temp\Recent?

Took time to understand the following

Notice: The vault where the Markdown file in (and the Recent vault) must be in the vault list of Obsidian before opening the file, i.e., you must have opened that vault before, otherwise Obsidian will report an error when opening the vault.

• Had to open C:\Temp\Recent in Obsidion once to recognize the vault via Obsidion.
