feat(cache-presets): add new preset for character ATRI

- Add high-performance robot ATRI interaction framework with focus on
  character fidelity and logical processing
- Implement multi-stage decision flow and XML structured output
- Integrate dynamic memory maintenance and sticker library capabilities
- Enhance conversation coherence and interactive immersion through
  strict instruction protocols
