Can't screenshare with audio even though the option is there.

Thx for that @dillfrescott , I'll check that upcoming weeks, currently preparing next semester so I'm a little late in reply. it's the ReplaceTrack thing again, Jitsi team was changing stuff and our implementation with 3 stores is a bit shaky. I want to combine our stores anyway, so that's a good reason to do that. 🙏
