Describe your issue

Summary:
Chatterino 7.5.4 is not showing which moderator performed a moderation action (timeouts, bans, message deletions) — but this issue affects only my account. All other moderators in the same channel can see the moderator names correctly.

What I see in chat:
“username was timed out for 30s.”
“message deleted”
But without the attribution “by ModName”.

Moderation actions still work (I can timeout/ban users), but the attribution is missing.
This happens in every channel where I am a moderator.

What I have tried (none of this fixed the issue):
Completely removed and re-added my Twitch account in Chatterino
Logged out of Twitch in the browser and re-authenticated
Restarted Chatterino several times
Disabled Streamer Mode
Disabled EventSub experimental support
Checked global settings:
Show moderation messages = enabled
Show deleted messages = enabled
Checked channel settings (where available)
Other moderators using the exact same Chatterino version see the moderator-name attribution normally
I am Lead Moderator but other Lead Mods do not have this problem

Chatterino version: 7.5.4 (latest stable)
Windows 11
Single Twitch account logged in
No custom scripts, plugins, or unusual filters
