How can I find all the CID names retrieved in the past 7 days

Is it possible to have an api that can query the CID names of all retrieval requests for a single SP at a given time?

I was originally thinking that spark-api can explose a similar endpoint to GET /miner/{id}/deal/eligible/summary by aggregating per-round retrieval tasks. However, I realised that in the new 0k architecture, not every retrieval task gets executed by the checkers.

So what we need to do instead:

• In spark-evaluate, enhance updatePublicStats() to collect aggregated information about deals checked. This will most likely require creating a new table via a new database schema migration script.
• In spark-stats, add a new route to expose that information. See https://github.com/CheckerNetwork/spark-stats/blob/ca3f690e7f94f9837133a7a78c08f7e8b50889e1/stats/lib/routes.js#L28-L98 to get started.
